DREAM participates in Maryland Day 2011        May 5, 2011

This past weekend a team of DREAM investigators participated in the annual Maryland Day, highlighting the University of Maryland and its great scholastic and community environment. Goddard science is typically featured since it also is part of the UMD environment.

This year DREAM team members set up an exhibit featuring electrostatics and had active displays showcasing DREAM models. Interest in this work ranged from young kids who were enthralled by the dust levitation experiments to the UMD science students who were interested in the nature of the DREAM models..something for everyone!

We thank the dedication of the DREAM E/PO team and the co-investigators for making this such a successful event.
