Registration
There will be no registration fee associated with the attendance and participation in the Biosignatures of Extant Life on Ocean Worlds (BELOW) Workshop. To better prepare for your attendance we do ask that you register online at the following link:

Here you will be able to indicate your days of attendance as well as your area of interest. Your registration also initiates the visitor’s badge request you will need to gain access to the NASA Goddard campus.
Please note: Your workshop registration does not guarantee your access to the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center campus. Campus security has the final authority to approve or reject in visitor’s badge application.

Badging
All meeting attendees will be required to display on their person a NASA Goddard Visitor’s badge. This badge is in addition to your meeting attendee badge. The visitor badge can only be issued to those who have received a confirmation of registration. Once your registration has been received, you will be contacted within 48 hours confirming your badge request is in process and will detail any additional information that will be needed from you to continue the process. If you do not receive your badge initiation request, please contact Lynette.Queen@nasa.gov to follow up.
All Foreign National badge requests must be submitted no later than, September 1, 2016. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. Any Foreign National badging information received after this date may not be approved by NASA security.
Any visitor access to NASA Godard is not guaranteed by your registration. NASA security has the final authority for all badge approvals and refusals.

Greenbelt Holiday Inn
The Greenbelt Holiday Inn is located at 7200 Hanover Drive, Greenbelt MD 20770. This hotel is offering a nightly room rate of $129.00 during the meeting. This rate includes a full continental breakfast, complimentary shuttle service and free parking. Hotel check in time is 3pm and check out is 11am. Each guest is responsible for all charges associated with your reservation. Any reservation not canceled by 6pm the date of arrival will be billed for one night's room and tax. This room block will expire August 22, 2016, and any unused rooms will be released.

Hilton Garden Inn Greenbelt
The Hilton Garden Inn Greenbelt is located at 7810 Walker Drive, Greenbelt MD 20770. This hotel is offering a nightly room rate of $132.00 during the meeting. This rate includes complimentary shuttle service and free parking. Hotel check in time is 3pm and check out is 11am. Each guest is responsible for all charges associated with your reservation. Any reservation within 72 hours of arrival will be billed for one night's room and tax.
This room block will expire August 10, 2016, and any unused rooms will be released.
